Our Next Gen Team exists to equip children, teens, and young adults to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live it out every day.
Vios means “way of life.” At FBCDE, Next Gen ministry is more than childcare—it’s a place to ask real questions, build meaningful relationships, and have leaders walk alongside you as you grow closer to Christ.
vios schedule:
11:00am Sunday - Children’s church for Nursery (6 weeks) through Children’s (5th grade) where we share the love of God with your children through Worship, the Word of God, crafts, games, and fellowship during snack time.
Sunday after worship - Teens (6th to 12th grade) have a small group lesson in their Vios room.
Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00 pm - Preschool through 12th grade gather in age-appropriate small groups to build friendships, grow in faith, and learn practical life skills.
Thursdays at 7:00 PM - Young Adults meet on the last Thursday of each month to connect, build friendships, and grow together. Each month looks a little different—some gatherings are onsite, while others are fun meetups out in the community. It’s a relaxed place to find connection, encouragement, and community.
Fridays 7:00 - 9:00 PM - Teen Group - 6th–12th grade students connect in separate middle and high school small groups, followed by games, fellowship, and time to just have fun together.
FIRST TIME VISITORS
What to expect when you arrive:
You are welcomed to our hospitality table that opens at 10:30 AM. Children 6 weeks to 5th grade go to the right and check in at the Vios registration desk, you will find loving volunteers to help you complete any forms needed. Be sure to complete a form for each of your children as well. The form includes a request for any known allergy information that would be important for us to know. Once your child is registered, our volunteers will escort or direct your family/child(ren) to the appropriate ministry area where the adventure begins. You pick up your child at the end of service, in the room.
Teens go into the Worship Center and then are dismissed after worship to their designated area.
